Roots Tree
The addition of a baby to a family is a blessing and a joy. The Health Care Foundation is pleased to present you with an opportunity to celebrate this new addition through our Roots Tree.
Purchasing a leaf on the Roots Tree is a way for you and your growing family to honour this new life and, at the same time, support the needs of Women’s Health.
With a donation of $40, the Health Care Foundation will place a leaf, engraved with your baby’s name and date of birth, on the Roots Tree located on the main floor of the Health Sciences Centre. This leaf will remain on the Tree for up to five years, and the Health Care Foundation will send you a second engraved leaf as a keepsake for years to come.
A Roots Tree leaf also makes a great gift for new parents from family and friends.To have a leaf placed on the Roots Tree, please complete the donation form and submit with your payment securely online or print the form and return to the Health Care Foundation.
