In Memoriam
A donation to the Health Care Foundation in memory of a loved one is a meaningful way for you to express your sympathy.
Your gift in memory will help bring comfort and care to the patients of our hospitals and can be designated to the program area of your choice.
The Foundation will send a letter to the bereaved family acknowledging your thoughtful gesture, and you will receive a tax receipt and a note of thanks for your generosity. The amount of your donation is kept strictly confidential.
As a token of recognition, the names of the individuals for which the Health Care Foundation has received in memoriam donations in a given month will be published in The Telegram on the second Saturday of each month. The names will also appear in this section of the website.
