Lotteries
The Health Care Foundation launched its first Hospital Home Lottery in September, 2008, the biggest and most innovative charitable lottery in Newfoundland and Labrador. A hugely successful event, the lottery sold out before the Early Bird Sales Deadline. Since then, the Foundation held its second Hospital Home Lottery on April 1, 2009, which also sold out by its Early Bird Sales Deadline. These exciting fundraisers, consisting of a fabulous home, trips, vehicles and electronics, have now raised more than $1.7 million to help us support Cardiac Care services for residents of Newfoundland and Labrador.
