Moving Lives Forward Scholarships
The Health Care Foundation and Eli Lilly have partnered to support a scholarship fund for individuals who have used the services of Eastern Health's Mental Health Program. The Moving Lives Forward Scholarships recognize the therapeutic benefits of life-long learning. Scholarships are awarded three times per year and are valued up to $500 each.
